THE CENTER
The Foreign Language Resource Center, or FLRC, is the modern rebirth of the old language lab. During the past years, after the language lab had been closed, many traditional lab materials were moved into the virtual world. But language learning is much more than just listening to some audio files. It’s about communication, exchange, human contact, creativity and intercultural understand. Therefore a new language center, which will open its doors after the completion of the rennovation of Mason Hall, is currently being planned. And it will be quite different from the traditional language lab.
